In accordance with Article 21 of the "Code of Ethics for Public Officials" of the Republic of Azerbaijan, monitoring of the compliance of the service behavior of public officials in our organization with ethical standards has been continued this year, and regular measures have been taken to prevent and prevent the violation of ethical behavior standards.
In 2022, appropriate instructions and recommendations were given to the heads of the city's administration, institutions, and organizations regarding compliance with ethical behavior standards, especially in the treatment of citizens and their appeals. These issues were closely monitored.
A responsible person who monitors the compliance of the service behavior of public officials with ethical standards, has carried out training and education on the requirements of the relevant quarantine regime and the ethical standards established by legislation, as well as on the responsibility for violating these standards, and the decisions taken by various central executive authorities in this regard.
In 2022, no cases of violation of ethical behavior standards were recorded in the relevant administration, institutions, and organizations of Naftalan city's public officials.
In the future, monitoring the compliance of the service behavior of public officials with ethical standards established by legislation will remain a priority.
