ANNOUNCEMENT
A selection commission consisting of 9 members has been created to organize elections for the membership of the Public Council, which will operate under the Executive Power to ensure the participation of citizen society institutions in the organization of public control in the relevant activity areas and the acceptance of legal acts in the direction of activity of the Naftalan City Executive Power (hereinafter the Executive Power).
Non-governmental organizations and citizen society institutions operating in Naftalan city are informed that those who want to participate in the activities of the Public Council alongside the Naftalan City Executive Power can apply to the Election Commission of the Executive Power within 20 working days from April 20, 2022.
The application (contact information, e-mail, and other necessary information should be noted) should include the following documents regarding the candidate nominated by citizen society institutions for the membership of the Public Council:
• copy of identity card;
• biography of the candidate;
• a copy of the document confirming the membership of the candidate in any citizen society institution, if he/she is a member of such an institution.
In addition to the required documents, other documents providing extensive information about the candidate by the citizen society institution can also be submitted.
