"Winter University for Young Leaders" project completed in Naftalan
On February 02-07, 2023, the project "Winter University for Young Leaders" was launched in the city of Naftalan, organized by the Executive power of the city of Naftalan and the youth movement "Forward" with the support of the Youth Foundation of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
In a short time, a group of 130 people consisting of 5 teams was formed for the "Winter University" based on the results of the qualifying round consisting of two stages. The aim of the project is to identify young leaders and social activists, achieve their intellectual development and improve their worldview.
The project participants visited the monument to National Leader Heydar Aliyev, laid bouquets of flowers in front of him and honored his memory.
Naftalan city within the framework of the ongoing project at the Heydar Aliyev Center in the presentation of Deputy Kenul Nurullayeva on the topic "Youth policy, gender equality and public activity", in the presentation of Deputy Chairman of the Board of the State Employment Agency under the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population Jamaladdin Guliyev on the topic "State employment policy and new trends in the labor market", in the presentation of the Deputy Chairman of the State Committee of the Republic of Azerbaijan for work with Religious Structures Gunduz Ismayilov "Religion in Azerbaijan: ideologically and in terms of public safety”, with professional coach Orkhan Shahbaz on the topic "Psychology of leadership and management", with the head of the Azerbaijani representation of the "Liqa Smekha" Javid Shahbazbekov, an exchange of views with the participants of the project took place on the topic "Creative Industrial Revolution and new trends".
Also during the days of the "Winter University for Young Leaders", a sincere meeting of the project participants took place with the Executive Director of the Youth Foundation of the Republic of Azerbaijan Farid Jafarov, Head of the Youth Department of the Ministry of Youth and Sports of the Republic of Azerbaijan Fuad Babayev, Chairman of the Board of the Youth Movement "Forward" Nihad Allahyarli.
At the end, the participants were awarded certificates.
