After several days of moderate, warm weather, starting from the evening of January 07 in the northern and western regions, a change in weather conditions, periodic precipitation, sometimes sleet, snow is expected on the territory of the country until the 12th. There is a possibility that it will intensify in some places. The westerly wind will increase in places to 15-20 m/s.
The air temperature will decrease by 10-12°C compared to the previous days, there will be 0-5 °C frost at night, up to 4 °C heat during the day, and in mountainous areas 10-15 °C frost at night, 5-8 °C frost during the day.
Due to the expected precipitation and frosty weather, there is a possibility of icing roads.
