Tree planting action was held on the eve of December 31
On the occasion of the World Azerbaijanis Solidarity Day, another tree planting campaign was held in Naftalan as a continuation of a series of events held within the framework of the "Year of Solidarity for a Green World”. The action was attended by the head of the City Executive Power, Vugar Novruzov, the head of the city police department, Zaur Badalov, the chairman of the Naftalan city organization of the New Azerbaijan Party, Rovlan Heydarov and public representatives. During the campaign, evergreen eldar pine, cypress, and oleander trees were planted on the city's Heydar Aliyev Avenue.
As part of the "Year of Solidarity for a Green World," more than eight thousand evergreen pine trees, olive trees, cypress trees, eldar pine trees, and other decorative shrubs were planted throughout the year to increase greenery in the city. At the same time, measures were taken to maintain and improve greenery.
