The city leader has received citizens, listened to their appeals and suggestions. He has given appropriate instructions for the rapid investigation of the appeals and for necessary measures to be taken. Many of the raised issues were resolved on the spot, while those requiring more time were registered for further investigation.
Citizens expressed their satisfaction with the handling of their appeals and conveyed their gratitude for the attention and care shown.
