The birthday of Major Vagif Bayramov, one of the brave men who rose to the peak of martyrdom in the battles for the freedom of our lands during the Glorious April Wars, was celebrated.
Responsible employees of the Naftalan City Executive Power, family members, and relatives of our martyr visited his grave on his birthday and laid flowers on his grave.
The martyr's family expressed their gratitude to the Supreme Commander-in-Chief, Mr. Ilham Aliyev, for the high attention and care shown to the families of the martyrs by our state.
Vagif Dilgam oglu Bayramov was posthumously awarded the 3rd degree Order "For Service to the Homeland" by decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
Vagif's brother Mehman Bayramov rose to the pinnacle of martyrdom in the First Karabakh War.
