The head of Executive Power visited the father of two martyrs
The Head of the Executive Power of Naftalan city visited Dilgam Bayramov, the father of two Martyrs, who was being treated at the City Central Hospital, and inquired about his health and the conditions created for him in the hospital. The Head of the city was informed that after providing first aid, he was admitted to inpatient care and underwent all necessary examinations.
It should be noted that Mehman Bayramov, the son of Bayramov Dilgam Abuzar, was martyred in the 1992 Karabakh war. Major Vagif Bayramov, the last cradle of the house, was martyred during the April 2016 battles. Vagif Bayramov was posthumously awarded the 3rd degree "For Service to the Fatherland" order by the President of the country, the Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, Mr. Ilham Aliyev.
