September 15 – Knowledge Day
On September 15, 2023, the Day of Knowledge was celebrated in the schools of Naftalan, as well as in all secondary schools of our Republic.
Deputies and responsible employees of the head of the city Executive Power, responsible employees of the Goranboy-Naftalan education sector of the Regional Education Department, education workers, teachers, and parents took part in the event held in schools.
Speaking at the events that started with the singing of the National Anthem of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the speakers talked about the development in the field of education in our country and the reforms carried out in our country, and talked about the great attention and care shown by the Honorable President Mr. Ilham Aliyev and the Honorable First Vice-President Mehriban Aliyeva to the development of education. Also, on the occasion of September 15 – Knowledge Day, teachers congratulated schoolchildren and wished them success. Within the framework of "Heydar Aliyev Year", the first lesson in general education institutions is dedicated to the topic "Heydar Aliyev is the savior and founder of Azerbaijan".
