Naftalan joins humanitarian aid campaign
The Executive Power of Naftalan joined the campaign to provide humanitarian assistance to the victims of the earthquake in the fraternal Republic of Turkey. Today, the Executive power of Naftalan handed over humanitarian aid to the destination in the city of Ganja.
The head of the Executive power of the city of Naftalan Vugar Novruzov, responsible employees of the Executive Power of the city visited the corner created in front of the Consulate General and paid tribute to the souls of the victims.
The Head of the Executive Power met with the Consul General of Turkey in Ganja Recep Oztop, expressed his deep condolences to the families and loved ones of those killed in the strong earthquake, the fraternal people of Turkey, wished healing to the injured and injured. He then wrote a note of condolence to the Book of Remembrance at the consulate.
During the meeting, it was stressed that on behalf of our esteemed President, Mr. Ilham Aliyev, urgent measures were taken to provide immediate assistance to the regions of the fraternal country affected by the earthquake in order to eliminate the consequences of the natural disaster. It was also noted that our people are doing everything possible for the material and moral support of the fraternal nation, the Azerbaijani-Turkish brotherhood has managed to overcome the trials of all times, to prove to the world that on a good and bad day they are next to each other.
The meeting was also attended by Samad Tomuyev, First Deputy Head of the Executive Power of Ganja, and Zeynab Bayramova, a resident of Naftalan, the mother of two martyrs.
