As in the entire territory of our republic, in the city of Naftalan, as a sign of respect for the memory of the victims of the Khojaly genocide, the national flags were lowered, at 17:00 the memory of the victims of the genocide was commemorated with a minute of silence, traffic was stopped, and cars sounded their horns.
