December 12 is the day of remembrance of National Leader Heydar Aliyev
The services of Heydar Aliyev, the founder and founder of the modern and independent state of Azerbaijan, the National Leader of our people, to our state and history are unparalleled. December 12 – the head of the Naftalan City Executive Power, the chairman of the “YAP” Naftalan city organization, the heads of law enforcement agencies, the chairman and members of the City Council of Elders, heads of offices, enterprises, organizations operating in the city, representatives of the city community, intellectuals visited the monument of National Leader Heydar Aliyev and honored his dear memory.
