Civilian martyrs were commemorated
On September 27, 2020, it has been three years pass since the start of counter-offensive operations along the entire front in order to prevent the next military provocations and combat activity of the Armenian armed forces under the leadership of our Supreme Commander-in-Chief, Honorable President Mr. Ilham Aliyev.
The enemy, who could not withstand the victory march of the Azerbaijani Army in the Patriotic War, resorted to provocations and committed war crimes by targeting innocent civilians.
On the first day of the 44-day Patriotic War, the life of 5 members of the family ended tragically as a result of a shell fired by the enemy falling into the house of Gurbanov Elbrus Isa oglu, a resident of the village of Gashaltı Garagoyunlu, Naftalan city.
In connection with the anniversary of martyrs Gurbanovs, the graves of martyrs Gurbanovs were visited with the participation of the heads of law enforcement agencies, Naftalan city Executive Power, the chairman of Naftalan City Council of Elders, and the martyrs' families.
The family members of the martyrs expressed their deep gratitude to the head of the country, who restored historical justice, for the attention and care shown to them.
