Citizens ' appeals were heard
In accordance with the schedule of mobile receptions, Mammadiya Mammadov, Head of Executive Power of Naftalan City, held a mobile citizen reception.
The meeting was attended by the Head of the City Police Department, responsible employees of the Executive Power, heads of service organizations operating in the city, and representatives of the public.
During the reception, citizens’ concerns regarding the improvement of housing and living conditions, employment, and other issues were heard. Some of the issues raised in the citizens’ appeals were resolved on the spot. Various matters requiring further investigation were discussed with the participation of the relevant officials, and the necessary explanations were provided in accordance with the law, while their resolution was taken under control.
During the mobile reception, the importance of the “Action Plan for 2026–2028 on Accelerating Digital Development in the Republic of Azerbaijan” was highlighted, and residents were informed about the opportunities available to citizens through the “Digital Executive Power” portal and the “mygov” platform. The importance of digital solutions that enable citizens to access public services more conveniently and efficiently was emphasized, and residents were encouraged to actively use digital platforms and applications such as “Digital Executive Power”, “mygov” and “SİMA”.
The residents expressed their gratitude to President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev and First Vice-President Mehriban Aliyeva for the measures taken to address their appeals and for the attention and care shown to them.
