Blood donation campaign held in Naftalan
National Hematology and Transfusion Center Organized by Naftalan City Executive Power held a blood donation campaign to help our citizens suffering from hereditary blood (thalassemia, hemophilia) and other blood diseases.
The people of Naftalan joined this noble and humane action and showed activity.
After each donor passed a medical examination by the hematologists of the medical team, a blood test was taken from them and conclusion about his participation in the action was given.
Employees of the Office of the head of the Executive power of Naftalan city, institutions, organizations operating in the city, volunteers participated in the action.
Such measures, carried out on the basis of the principles of humanism, are of great importance in terms of the development of voluntary donor services for the provision of people suffering from hereditary blood diseases with safe and high-quality blood in our country.
