Birthday of civilian martyr schoolboy Shahriyar Gurbanov
On the first day of the 44-day Patriotic War, which ended with the historical victory of the brave Azerbaijan Army under the leadership of our Honorable President Mr. Ilham Aliyev, the life of 5 members of the family ended tragically as a result of a shell fired by the enemy falling on the house of Gurbanov Elbrus Isa oglu, a resident of the village of Gashalti Garagoyunlu, Naftalan city. One of the family members was the schoolboy Gurbanov Shahriyar Nadir oglu.
The grave of Gurbanov Shahriyar Nadir oglu was visited on the birthday of the Naftalan City Executive Power, education workers, school children, and the martyr's family, and his memory was honored by laying flowers on his grave.
Later, the event was continued with a literary and artistic program prepared by the students of the high school of Gashalti Garagoyunlu village named after Zamaddin Rustamov, where the martyr studied.
