An event on the theme "The Role of Azerbaijani Youth in Achieving Sovereignty" was held on February 2, 2019, on the occasion of the 28th anniversary of the establishment of Azerbaijan Youth Day jointly organized by the Naftalan City Executive Power, the city's Heydar Aliyev Center, and the Naftalan branch of the Ganja-Dashkasan regional representation of the Career Center.
The event was attended by the Deputy Head of the Naftalan City Executive Power and his employees, the head of the Naftalan branch of the Ganja-Dashkasan regional representation of the Career Center, the directors of the Heydar Aliyev Center, secondary schools, the head of the Youth and Sports Sector for Naftalan city, and young people.
The speakers congratulated the youth on February 2 - Azerbaijan Youth Day. They discussed the youth policy, which was highly appreciated by the National Leader Heydar Aliyev and is being successfully implemented in our country. The heroism of Azerbaijani youth in achieving the Historical Victory achieved through the wise policy of our esteemed President, Mr. Ilham Aliyev, and the exceptional activities of the First Vice-President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Mrs. Mehriban Aliyeva who has always supported young people for the development and progress of Azerbaijani youth were discussed.
At the event, certificates of appreciation were presented to active young people and a group of people working with young people.
