An event dedicated to the ”International Youth Day" was held
On the occasion of August 12 – International Youth Day, an event on "The role of youth in the development of tourism" was organized by the Naftalan City Executive Power.
The event was attended by the deputy head of the City Executive Power, the director of the Youth Development and Career Center, local and foreign tourists and young people resting in hotels and treatment centers operating in the city.
First, the participants of the event viewed the photo-exhibits that reflect the honorable life path of the National Leader at the Heydar Aliyev Center, and got acquainted with the exhibition of paintings by young people.
Welcoming the participants of the event, the deputy head of the City Executive Power congratulated the young people on the occasion of the remarkable day. Deputy Head talked about the successful youth policy implemented in Azerbaijan. Deputy Head pointed out that the state youth policy founded by National Leader Heydar Aliyev has been successfully continued by the President of the country Mr. Ilham Aliyev.
The young people spoke extensively about the tourism potential of Naftalan, which is considered an international tourism center, and listened to their ideas and suggestions regarding the development of tourism.
At the end, a video prepared by young people about the tourism potential of Naftalan was shown, and tourists were presented with gifts.
