The President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Mr. Ilham Aliyev, awarded the medal "For Distinction in Civil Service" to the Sector Head of the Naftalan City Executive Power - Chief Accountant Pashayev Elman Fakhraddin oglu.
The event discussed the successful reforms carried out by our head of state in the field of civil service E. Pashayev expressed his gratitude to our esteemed President for the high award and trust, and promised to continue working diligently in his work.
