A tree-planting action dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the Great Leader was held
A series of events are held in Naftalan on the 100th anniversary of the National Leader and the proclamation of 2023 as the “Year of Heydar Aliyev” organized by the city Executive Power.
Tree planting action was held in Heydar Aliyev avenue of the city to protect the environment and help restore ecological balance.
The event was attended by the head of the city Executive Power Vugar Novruzov, deputies Anar Mammadov, Arzu Nagiyev, Rauf Aliyev and a group of young people.
The participants of the event first visited the monument to the Great Leader Heydar Aliyev, laid bouquets of flowers in front of him and honored his memory.
The speakers participating in the action said that the tree-planting action held within the framework of the ”Year of Heydar Aliyev” plays an important role in maintaining the ecological balance, propagating that the Great Leader's value for every centimetre of Azerbaijan – our native Motherland is not forgotten and will live forever.
