A meeting with representatives of the leading media of the western region took place in Naftalan
With the organizational support of the Executive power of Naftalan city a meeting with representatives of leading mass media of the region was held. The meeting was attended by Vugar Novruzov, head of the city Executive committee, responsible officials of the Executive Power and representatives of leading media outlets in the region.
During the meeting, the head of the city told about the successful activities of the Azerbaijani national press. He said that all-round attention and care shown to our press by National Leader Heydar Aliyev has been successfully continued today by our distinguished President Mr. Ilham Aliyev. As a result of the successful development strategy pursued by the head of the country our country has gained a great prestige among the countries of the world and become a guarantor of peace and stability in the region. He also informed the participants that the year 2022 was successful and memorable for our country and the city. Noting that the coming year, 2023, includes a major historical event for our country, he wished the press well.
The press representatives speaking at the meeting told about a wide range of works on improvement and landscaping carried out in Naftalan city which is the center of international tourism and underlined that they are the participants and witnesses of all the events and developments. They thanked the head of the city for the friendly meeting.
At the end of the meeting held on the eve of the World Azerbaijanis Solidarity Day and the New Year the mass media representatives were presented commemorative gifts.
