A meeting was held with the employees of the Scientific Research Medical Rehabilitation Institute in Naftalan
A meeting was held in Naftalan city with the leadership of the Scientific-Research Medical Rehabilitation Institute of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Azerbaijan regarding Naftalan oil at a meeting on resolving issues arising from the implementation of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated September 28, 2024 on additional measures to increase the role of Naftalan oil in the development of health tourism.
The meeting was attended by the Head of the city executive power, Vugar Novruzov, director of the SRMRI, Matanat Efendiyeva, deputy director for scientific affairs, Sevinj Rzayeva, head of the Naftalan treatment department, Nizami Nabiyev, and junior research worker Allahverdi Muradov, an employee of that department. The purpose of the meeting was to ensure the international promotion of the therapeutic effects of Naftalan oil and preparations made from it, and to prepare proposals for conducting new medical research and wider use for medical purposes.
