A meeting was held with religious figures in the "Juma" mosque of Naftalan city
Head of Naftalan city Executive power's sector-organizer of work with religious associations Ulfat Aliyev and employee of SCWRA Ganja region's department Kemal Alakbarov visited Naftalan Juma mosque.
At the meeting was noted that Islam, which constitutes a great page of world civilization with its humanism and human ideals, has played an exceptional role in forming the worldview and national and cultural development of our people, and progressive values and traditions of Islam have always been highly valued in Azerbaijan. Conditions are created in our country for representatives of all religions to express their religious beliefs and to freely perform their religious rituals. The state of Azerbaijan has always taken great responsibility to educate our future young generation in the spirit of love for the homeland, respect to the people, devotion to our traditions. Opinions of Rashad Huseynov, Imam of the religious community of the city's mosque, were heard, and the work to solve them was discussed. For the past period in the territory of Naftalan mosque appropriate work has been done and olive trees have been planted.
