Blood donation action was held in Naftalan
A traditional blood donation campaign was organized by the Naftalan City Executive Power to help our citizens suffering from inherited blood diseases (thalassemia, hemophilia) and other blood diseases.
The people of Naftalan have been active this year as well, joining this noble and humane campaign, which has already become a tradition to help people in need of blood.
After each donor underwent a medical examination by hematologists of the medical brigade of the Blood Bank (Central Blood Bank) of the National Center for Hematology and Transfusiology, blood samples were taken from them and an opinion was given on joining the campaign.
The action, organized in accordance with the quarantine rules, was attended by the head of the Naftalan City Executive Power Vugar Novruzov, employees of the Executive Power, employees of the city's departments, enterprises, organizations and volunteers.
