The Order of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan on appointment of VV Novruzov as the head of Naftalan City Executive Power
Guided by Part II of Article 124 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan, I decide:
To appoint Vugar Vahid oglu Novruzov head of Naftalan City Executive Power.
