A commemorative event dedicated to the 28th anniversary of the Khojaly tragedy was held at the V.Namazov Orphanage-Kindergarten in Naftalan. Speaking at the event, which began with a minute of silence in memory of the victims of the Khojaly tragedy, the head of the orphanage-kindergarten said that the Khojaly tragedy was a sad page in the history of Azerbaijan, a brutal terrorist act against humanity. He stressed the importance of conveying the truth about the genocide and deportations against our people, first to our children, and then to the whole world, to show them to future generations and to expand their propaganda among the public. At the end, literary and artistic compositions performed by children and poems about the genocide were recited.
