A report meeting was held on the results of socio-economic development of Naftalan in 2019 and the tasks for 2020

On February 19, 2020, an extensive meeting of the Council on the results of socio-economic development of the city of Naftalan in 2019 and the tasks for 2020 was held.
   The meeting was attended by the head of the Naftalan City Executive Power Vugar Novruzov, the head of the department of territorial and organizational issues of the Presidential Administration of the Republic of Azerbaijan Vafadar Bagirov, heads of law enforcement agencies, departments, enterprises, organizations and the public.
   Participants of the event first visited the monument to National Leader Heydar Aliyev and laid flowers in front of it.
The head of the Naftalan City Executive Power Vugar Novruzov made a report and noted that the successful economic reforms implemented by President Ilham Aliyev had a positive impact on the development of the resort town of Naftalan in all areas, and positive dynamics was observed in macroeconomic indicators. It was noted that the achievements in the comprehensive development of the resort town of Naftalan are associated with the name of President Ilham Aliyev.
   Speaking at the event, Vafadar Bagirov, Head of the Territorial Organization Department of the Presidential Administration, gave detailed information on the work done in the country under the leadership of President Ilham Aliyev in 2019 and the goals for 2020, as well as in the development of tourism in Naftalan. He praised the work done in the city and the projects implemented.
   Saleh Tagiyev, Chief of the Finance Department of Naftalan, Eyvaz Najafov, Deputy Head of the Naftalan City Department of the State Social Protection Fund under the Ministry of Labor and Social       Protection of Population, and Ilgar Huseynov, Entrepreneur, spoke on the report.
   At the end, an appeal was made to the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan on behalf of the meeting participants.
