The head of the Naftalan City Executive Power, Vugar Novruzov, visited low-paid families at their homes on the basis of oral appeals. The mayor took a close interest in the living conditions of these families, listened to their concerns and requests, and gave relevant instructions to solve their problems. The city executive power also gave holiday gifts to the families on the occasion of the New Year. Residents thanked the country's leadership - President Ilham Aliyev and First Vice President Mehriban Aliyeva - for their attention and care, as well as for the work done in Naftalan.
