Drawing competition "Heydar Aliyev – modern, independent Azerbaijan"

On April 5 to May 5, 2023, a city drawing competition titled "Heydar Aliyev – modern, independent Azerbaijan" dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the National Leader of the Azerbaijani people Heydar Aliyev, organized by the Naftalan City Executive Authority, will be launched among youth and teenagers.
