The monument-spring built in memory of the martyr Habil Aliyev in Naftalan and its surroundings have been overhauled. The head of the Naftalan City Executive Power Vugar Novruzov met with the family of our martyr and got acquainted with the repair and restoration work carried out here. The martyr's son Samir Aliyev and the martyr's wife Mahiya Aliyeva expressed deep gratitude to President Ilham Aliyev and First Vice President Mehriban Aliyeva for the attention and care shown to all the families of the martyrs.
