There are many cultural areas (cultural spheres) in Naftalan. Only one library is serving for city residents. There are 32,711 copies of literature in the book funds of the library. Two culture house (one in the city and the other one in villages) engaged in introducing of our National customs and traditions, providing cultural services to the residents, study of our national music culture. There is a seven-year music educational school under the city culture department and students are taught the secret of music’s. There is a museum and Heydar Aliyev Center which has special importance in teaching the political heritage of the great leader Heydar Aliyev to the younger generation. İn total, the city has four parks: "Heydər Əliyev", "Səməd Vurğun", "Nəriman Nərimanov" и "Qələbə" parks. Overall, our city employees 157 staff in cultural area.
